Majestic Turbo expressly warrants that all work performed by Majestic Turbo will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner. The warranty provided by Majestic Turbo and the obligations and liabilities of Majestic Turbo under this Agreement are in lieu of all other warranties, guarantees, conditions, or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILIBY, and further including without limitation, consequential damages, whether or not occasioned by Majestic Turbo's negligence. Any such warranty shall be extended, altered or varied except by a written instrument executed by Majestic Turbo. In the event of any failure, defect, or malfunction of any parts or services provided by Majestic Turbo, the only remedy available shall be a refund of the purchase price or repair or replacement of the defective product or defective part, at Majestic Turbo's sole discretion. All claims that the goods or services provided pursuant to this Agreement are defective or otherwise nonconforming must be brought to the notice of Majestic Turbo within six (6) months of the invoice date. Failure to timely bring any such claim will result in final waiver of any such claim.

A copy of the original invoice must accompany products in order to make a warranty claim. All products must include all parts including the housings. Disassembly of products, neglect, abuse, improper installation, lack of lubrication, contamination, foreign object damage, use of sealants, improper operating conditions, misuse or misapplication of product will void any warranty. Majestic Turbo shall determine in its sole discretion whether any product meet the conditions of the warranty provided herein. This warranty does not cover shipping costs to or from Majestic Turbo, Inc. If a warranty return is deemed non- warrantable or that there is no problem with a turbo returned, you will incur a service fee along with shipping costs.

All cores must be returned within ten (10) days of exchange to receive core credit. The amount of credit will be determined in the sole discretion of Majestic Turbo.

Special order items may not be returned. Return of stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

All turbos left at Majestic Turbo over 30 days from the date all work has been completed by Majestic Turbo will be sold or broken down into parts unless prior arrangements have been made.

We cover ground freight back to customer on rebuilds performed. If customer does not wish to repair their turbo, then customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Majestic Turbo is not responsible for unrepaired turbos left in shop 30 days after non-approval of repairs.
